Funds will be immediately utilized in the summer to impact student performance during the school year. Dollars contributed in this initial period will send teachers to summer seminars and conferences; help teachers attain graduate degrees; provide technology tools for enhanced science, math and English courses; implement college preparation course studies; and employ departmental teaching assistants to relieve teachers of non-instructional duties and paperwork that will provide them with more time to work with students.
